War 2 movie review Hrithik & Jr NTR’s shine but Ayan Mukerji’s Spy Film has hits and Misse

Introduction

Ayan Mukerji’s Film Works had been making War 2, yet its ads did not show a new story. This was not what people thought would happen. The cause of this was that the Spy Universe films followed a set way: each movie had ten parts, each with well-known faces.

A fancy song with the lead in a bikini top was always there, and the movie would end with a big show. The wait for War 2 made it turn out as a usual spy movie with too much style in its action bits.

The film had dull parts but still, it was fun to watch, with actor Hrithik in the lead in many parts when Jr NTR’s star power was used to keep the viewers hooked.

In the first half, the script was fully done. Some moving parts in the film grabbed the crowd, making it stand out. Yet, the first bit by Jr NTR did not catch on.

It would have hit harder with one big scene instead of many small ones. The tale got slow in the end bit. Even with the use of old tales, too much talk slowed the speed of what should have been a fast movie.

Hrithik and Jr NTR’s star power was less in the chase bits that got too common. The end seemed too easy, as if it aimed not to make Jr NTR’s fans upset.

Even with Ayan Mukerji’s Film Works’ known red in the shots, the same old way was still there. The fact that Kiara Advani’s role was not just for show was seen as a chance taken.

Starpower, Jr NTR’s first Hindi film, was strong. He shone more than Hrithik in his known style. Their strong bits together held us, but Jr NTR’s part could have had more layers.

Kiara Advani, Ashutosh Rana, and Anil Kapoor all did well. They were so good that there wasn’t much to say on acting. Even as Hrithik led, the even show by all made sure the plot didn’t tip due to one face.

It seemed the YRF VFX team had taken past notes. Ayan Mukerji’s Film Works used better tech than what the trailer showed. Bad light made some green screen bits stand out. The clear pros were helped by better looks.

Mixing CGI with live bits was smoother. Better effects in action scenes made War 2 look good on screen. Even with some bits off, these boosts kept us into it.

In the War 2, the music

Two of the three songs from War 2 were easy to forget. The plan to wait to drop Jr NTR’s dance tune “Janaabe Aali” at the movies worked.

The ongoing music with the theme “Kabir” was used all through the film. Even though it brought old parts back, it also added to the film’s good parts.

Conclusion

Even though the second part was slow and some bits usual, War 2 was still okay to watch once. The Spy Universe way was done just as thought. As such, the movie filled its spot as a smooth, action-filled drama.
